Missions at the Cambria Vineyard Church

In both the gospel of Matthew and the gospel of Mark, the last words Jesus is recorded as having spoken refer to going into the world and preaching the gospel, making disciples of all nations. The gospel, or good news, of God’s great mercy and loving kindness, His desire that all should know Him and experience His unending love, is the purpose of our mission programs.

It is our intention to reach out to peoples across cultures as well as in our own community with the assistance that God has directed us to give: feeding the poor, helping the widows and fatherless children, clothing the needy and healing the broken hearted ones.

We are currently partnering with Students International, a career focused missions organization that works in Latin American communities bringing together professionals in various fields with students interested in those fields to train the local population to work in those same fields. It is a program designed to help the communities become self-sufficient and self-sustaining through their faith, their new skills and the improvements to their infrastructure brought through the labor of our combined efforts.
